Come along and experience the power of steam and water. Watch the laws of physics at work in all aspects of this restored sawmill and workshop that once served the Blenheim Palace Estate. Enjoy this working industrial museum with its late 19th Century Steam Beam Engine. Line Shafting together with the working restored Waterwheel and dual Blacksmiths Forge. This hands-on museum takes pride in making you think and learn through trying your hand at making things and seeing how machinery works. Demonstrations of craftsmen's tools plus a collection Of Working Historic Tower Clocks make for an enjoyable visit. Discover the Natural History of the adjacent River Evenlode and forest. There is a Millie-the-mill-cat trail for the children to win a `Millie` badge. There is plenty to enjoy and do. Refreshments are available in our Riverside Tea Room indoor seating or enjoy the tranquillity of the Picnic area by the River Evenlode.� a place to discover.
